Location: Bedford – Sharnbrook

Package: £36,000 – £40,000

Working week: Monday – Friday – (11am-8pm)

SUMMARY

Our client is a National Distributor within the construction supply / trade sector. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor at their Bedfordshire site to take join the managment team responsible for the management of the warehouse according to company procedures and policies, and Health and Safety Requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse manager to join a growing business. The role has a focus around Good out and collections.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Inventory and stock control
- Full compliance with H&S
- Implementing/enforcing and documentation of company policies and procedures
- Setting and monitoring KPI’s
- Assisting on warehouse floor when needed
- Communicating across departments e.g. Transport and Sales Office
- Maintain site to high standard
- Staff training
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Lead and motivate with strong people and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Organisational skills
- Capable of leading a team
- Previous Warehouse Supervisor experience
