Role: Branch Manager
Sector: Construction Materials / Building Supplies / Plumbing and Heating
Location: Highcliffe & New Milton Area
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (varying dependent on experience) plus bonus, plus car, plus benefits.
Our client is a well-respected and long-established supplier of building materials and plumbing and heating products. This is a busy site and it needs someone to keep it going in the right direction. You must be able to run all aspects of a branch and organise your team accordingly.
This role requires a special someone – ideally a proven Branch Manager, Depot Manager or General Manager, who must be currently working in the construction supply sector, ideally with good plumbing and heating product knowledge but this is all about finding the right person really so people from various sectors within the construction supply world will be considered . Candidates should have demonstrable experience in sales, negotiation and stock control. Therefore you should have experience of both sales and operations.
The right person should of had success running a site along with a drive to always maximise potential. A good all-rounder who can guide on all aspects of the business and assist the team where necessary.
This is an important role for the company, but it could also be a highly satisfying role for you with a strong sense of ownership.
