Package: £30,000 – £37,000 + Bonus

• Leading operations to free up time to sell
• There is a strong sales and operations management focus within this role
• Plumbers Merchant or Builders Merchants experience preferred

As an Assistant Manager, working alongside the Branch Manager, you will be an integral part of the team in the branch, helping drive forward the sales and profitability of the business. Part of a small, close working team.

This Assistant Branch Manager role within a plumbers merchant is a great opportunity with great potential to develop within the company in the future. As with most Assistant Branch Management positions, the role entails sales team supervision as well as overseeing the operational side of the business too.

You should have some form of operational / supervisory experience as well as ideally some sales experience too, and this should come from the construction supply industry.
