Salary: £36,000 – £39,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience) + Bonus

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Plumbing and Heating Supervisor to join a great company which is well respected in this sector. The successful candidate will help grow the significant ledger of customers that the company already has as they don’t want to be standing still!

You will oversee the plumbing and heating trade counter so you should ideally have some form of supervisory experience but there will also be a sales focus too so sales experience is a ‘must-have’ item.

This is a business that prides itself on good customer service and remember you only get one chance to make a good first impression. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach are both absolutely necessary alongside good communications skills too. You will deal mostly with trade customers but also some retail ones so you must be able to demonstrate that you are good with people from all walks of life…

You will need to be able to think on your feet and ideally demonstrate sound plumbing and heating knowledge when called upon.

We need someone proactive who isn’t going to just sit and wait for the business to walk in. We would like someone who wants to grab the work and speak to people. You will be rewarded for your efforts by an excellent bonus scheme.
