Our client, a leading supplier of commercial aluminium louvers and ventilation systems, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work nationally or focus on Northern England while driving sales growth in a technical and dynamic market.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts within the ventilation sector. Working closely with architects, contractors, and distributors, you will sell commercial louvers, providing technical expertise and delivering compelling presentations to secure product specifications and sales.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in ventilation or related building products, preferably selling aluminium louvers.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Technical understanding of natural ventilation systems and ability to read architectural drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
