A Master Vendor Agreement is where we take the burden of dealing with multiple agencies. It removes levels of inconsistencies that inevitably comes when using lots of agencies. It removes a lot of the hassle and streamlines the process. Saving you time and resulting in faster hires.

Either as a single sourced contract working in partnership with secondary suppliers to manage the recruitment needs of the business or a contract where GCS Associates manage the external recruitment supply as a sole supplier.

We look to integrate within your business, working with you, you will have a dedicated consultant with whom certain criteria will be set. This consultant will focus on the role as well as liaising with the other agencies. You have just one point of contact, one email and one maintained level of standard.

We are able to manage the entire process (including advertising – branded / non-branded, reporting, invoicing, staff reviews).

GCS Associates would be an experienced single partner who takes responsibility for the recruitment process – frees up time, improves cost management and consistency, streamlines process, one point of contact, one invoice, consistent candidate management. We can act as the sole point of contact and manage the 2nd tier supply chain in accordance with the KPIs and Service Level Agreement (between ourselves and you, the client).

We have examples of written proposals (based on either a Master Vendor Agreement or Managed Service Contract) which can be provided on request.
