FLAT FEE RECRUITMENT IS A STRAIGHT FORWARD PROCESS:
- Write your advert. Provide us with your advert or we can write it for you. Using our experience, we can make suggestions to ensure your adverts stand out from the crowd attracting the best candidates. Once we have the green light, we will get the advert live.
- Post your advert. Before you know it, your advert will be prominently placed across the main job boards and multiple aggregator sites. Typically, the advert will be on the job boards for a minimum of 28 days giving plenty of time to reach the right audience.
- Review. We will monitor your advert and its performance on your behalf.
- Screen applicants. You can see each applicant as they come in either via our Applicant Tracking System or if easier, we can provide via email before 10.00am each morning.
- Interview & Employ. Once you’ve got your hot applicants and created your shortlist you are ready to move to interview. This can be done either direct or via our ATS which comes included in the process.ately money ill-spent.
